Last year when I started conceiving and looking into the capabilities and limitations of AI in its then-current form, these projects seemed ambitious. The technology is evolving so rapidly that what was once ambitious may become obsolete within a few years.
My AI Toolkit
Data Extraction - Structured & Unstructured Sources, AI Integrated, Self-determinig correct method for successful extraction, error checking, etc. A robust and intuitive application of AI to pull data from A and ready for B.
Data Analysis - Part 1B. Intuitive Data Mining and Analytical application ustilizing descriptive, predecitive, and prescriptive analytics to provide real-time data (with the right supporting framework/workflow automation) and actionable insight for business owners.
Data Entry - 2B. My version of automatic entry of extracted data from source documents and imported into accounting informations systems (adaptable to use cases) with minimal need for human intervention due to error checking and data validation. Goal is 100% accuracy from extraction to categorization with logs/reports and approvals to ensure the system did its job and to correct any errors that may occur as expected.
Business Process Model & Notation in Real-Time (Workflow Visualization) that follows business processes as data (or project) progresses in real-time with automatic updates to project management software applications, remidners, notifications, performance metrics, etc.
Overall the goal of the entire project and its collective modules is to achieve true automation with as close to 100% accuracy as possible so that solopreneurs like myself have more worklife balance and more time to grow our businesses as well as our valued customers.
As an added bonus, with the right resources and patience, this can all be achieved at minimal cost which I in turn can pass on to my clients in the form of faster turnaround, cost savings, increased capacity to help more smalll business owners compete and navigate a rapidly evolving business landscape, not to mention efficiency gains (I'm still more accurate than AI so far! I'm a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of the finished product).
As I progress through each stage of development, I intend to either produce webinars to share what I've learned with interested parties. Afterall, AI isn’t locked behind closed doors anymore. It’s an open-access revolution. I’ll be leading webinars to help professionals use it to their advantage.
